Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Stay Screen collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you
visit our website, request information, sign up for a pilot, use our dashboard, use our guest TV welcome
screen product, receive our communications, or otherwise interact with us.
In this Privacy Policy, “Stay Screen,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cultrvate LLC, doing business as
Stay Screen. “Services” means our website, dashboard, guest TV welcome screen software, device pairing
tools, guest guide features, offer tiles, local recommendation features, messaging features, checkout
alerts, account tools, billing flows, support, and related services.
This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors, customers, account users, property owners, team members,
collaborators, turnover teams, guests who interact with a Stay Screen-powered guest screen, and other
individuals whose information is processed through the Services.
1. Our role
Stay Screen may process personal information in different roles depending on the context. For website
visitors, leads, account owners, billing contacts, and users who interact with Stay Screen directly, Stay
Screen generally acts as the business or controller of that information.
For guest information, property content, stay information, checkout signals, guest messages, and other
information that a customer uploads, enters, configures, or processes through the Services, Stay Screen
generally acts as a service provider or processor on behalf of the customer. In that context, the customer,
such as the property manager, resort operator, boutique hotel, host, owner, or hospitality operator, is
responsible for determining what information is collected and how it is used.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact and lead information, account information, customer business information, billing
and transaction information, property and unit information, guest and stay information, device and
technical information, usage information, communications information, marketing information, and cookies or
similar technologies.
This may include names, email addresses, company details, account credentials, roles, login activity,
property names, unit names, room names, addresses or location information, Wi-Fi instructions, parking
instructions, access instructions, house rules, amenity information, checkout instructions, local
recommendations, brand assets, photos, guest messages, offers, stay dates, room or unit assignments,
checkout status, offer interactions, guest requests, IP address, browser type, device type, operating
system, pages viewed, session information, app version, TV device type, device identifiers, pairing status,
and approximate location derived from IP address.
If you purchase a subscription, pilot, or other paid service, our payment processor may collect payment
card details, billing address, tax information, transaction history, invoices, and payment status. We do
not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
3. Sources of information
We may collect information directly from you, from customers and account administrators, from guests using
a Stay Screen-powered TV interface, from team members or collaborators invited to an account, from payment
processors, from communications providers, from analytics tools, from hosting and infrastructure providers,
from business partners, and automatically through your device or browser.
4. How we use information
We may use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. This includes
creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, providing dashboard access, configuring properties
and units, pairing TV devices, displaying guest welcome screens, showing property instructions, showing
offers and local recommendations, processing checkout signals, sending checkout alerts, supporting team
roles and permissions, providing customer support, processing payments, sending invoices, troubleshooting
errors, monitoring security, preventing abuse, analyzing product usage, improving product performance,
responding to inquiries, sending requested checklist or pilot information, sending service updates, sending
marketing communications where permitted, enforcing our terms, complying with law, and protecting our
rights.
5. Guest-facing use of information
Stay Screen is designed to help hospitality operators present stay information on the TV already inside a
property or unit. Customers control the content they enter and decide what information appears on the
guest-facing screen. Depending on customer configuration, a guest may see a welcome message, property
guide, Wi-Fi instructions, parking details, house rules, offers, local recommendations, guest messages,
checkout instructions, and a checkout button.
When a guest interacts with the screen, the Services may generate operational data such as button
selections, checkout status, offer interactions, message interactions, timestamps, and unit or device
identifiers. This information may be shared with the customer and customer-authorized team members so they
can manage the stay, support the guest, coordinate turnover, evaluate offers, and improve their guest
experience.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to customers and account users, service providers, payment processors,
communications providers, business partners and local offer providers, legal and compliance recipients,
parties involved in protecting rights and safety, parties involved in business transfers, and others with
consent or direction.
7. Selling or sharing personal information
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share guest personal
information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we ever engage in activities that applicable law
defines as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide any required notices and opt-out
rights.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the personal information they choose to enter into the Services, display
through guest TV screens, or process through their accounts. Customers must provide any required privacy
notices to guests, employees, contractors, owners, collaborators, and other individuals whose information is
processed through the Services. Customers must obtain any required consents and must not use the Services
to collect or display personal information unlawfully.
Customers should avoid entering sensitive personal information into Stay Screen unless it is strictly
necessary and legally permitted. Sensitive information may include government identification numbers,
payment card numbers, health information, precise financial information, biometric data, children’s
information, and other regulated data.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain
accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and
support legitimate business purposes. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify,
aggregate, or securely retain it as required or permitted by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information
against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No system is completely secure.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, managing user
permissions, limiting access to authorized users, using secure networks, and promptly notifying us of
suspected unauthorized access.
11. Your privacy choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us. You
may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, subject to
legal exceptions. You may request that we limit or object to certain processing where applicable law
provides that right. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not
function properly. If your information is processed by Stay Screen on behalf of a customer, we may direct
your request to that customer or require the customer’s authorization before responding.
12. Privacy rights by location
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable laws, including laws
in certain U.S. states, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, and other
jurisdictions. These rights may include the right to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy,
opt out of certain disclosures, opt out of targeted advertising, restrict processing, object to processing,
withdraw consent, and appeal a denied request. To exercise privacy rights, contact us at
privacy@stayscreen.co.
13. California privacy rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar California privacy laws apply, California residents may
have the right to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive
personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell
personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share guest personal information for
cross-context behavioral advertising.
14. International transfers
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service
providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections
or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
15. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. Customers must not use the Services to knowingly collect personal information from
children unless they have all required rights, notices, consents, and legal authority.
16. Third-party links and services
The Services may include links, integrations, or references to third-party services, such as payment
processors, messaging platforms, app stores, smart TV platforms, analytics providers, partner offers, local
businesses, or customer websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
17. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new
effective date. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
18. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact Cultrvate LLC at privacy@stayscreen.co.
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Stay Screen’s website, dashboard, guest TV
welcome screen software, device pairing tools, account tools, pilot subscriptions, checkout alerts,
support, and related services.
In these Terms, “Stay Screen,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cultrvate LLC, doing business as Stay
Screen. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or organization accessing or using the Services.
“Services” means our website, software, dashboard, guest TV experience, property guide tools, offer tools,
messaging tools, checkout tools, alerts, support, and related services.
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, starting a pilot, purchasing a subscription,
pairing a device, or using the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, property manager, resort operator, hotel, owner, or other
organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Services
Stay Screen provides software that helps hospitality operators create and manage guest-facing TV welcome
screens for short-term rentals, condo units, boutique hospitality rooms, resorts, and similar properties.
The Services may allow customers to configure property guides, Wi-Fi information, parking details, access
instructions, house rules, local recommendations, offers, guest messages, checkout flows, TV device
pairing, user roles, team access, and checkout alerts.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You are responsible for
configuring user roles and permissions appropriately. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an
account has been compromised, is being misused, violates these Terms, or creates risk.
4. Customer content
“Customer Content” means information, text, images, logos, instructions, property details, unit details,
guest messages, offers, local recommendations, house rules, checkout instructions, links, and other
materials that you or your users submit, upload, configure, or display through the Services. You retain
ownership of Customer Content and grant Stay Screen a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host,
store, copy, process, transmit, display, modify, and use Customer Content as necessary to provide, operate,
secure, support, and improve the Services.
5. Guest information and guest-facing screens
You are responsible for the guest information you enter into the Services and the information shown to
guests through the guest TV screen. You must provide legally required notices and obtain legally required
consents before using the Services to process guest information. You must not use Stay Screen as a hidden
surveillance tool, emergency alert system, medical advice system, legal advice system, security monitoring
system, or substitute for legally required hospitality notices.
6. Offers, paid services, and local recommendations
You are solely responsible for the content, legality, pricing, taxes, availability, fulfillment, refunds,
customer service, disclosures, licenses, and compliance obligations related to any offer or recommendation
you display. Stay Screen is not responsible for fulfilling customer-configured offers unless a separate
written agreement states otherwise.
7. Checkout alerts and operational signals
Checkout alerts are an operational convenience only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, timely,
uninterrupted, or suitable as the sole basis for staffing, security, cleaning, safety, or guest management
decisions. You remain responsible for your own turnover workflows, guest communications, staffing,
inspections, and operational decisions.
8. Fees, billing, and subscriptions
Fees are stated at the time of purchase, in an order form, or in the applicable checkout flow. Unless
otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us and our payment
processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes, overages, upgrades, and other
amounts due.
9. Pilot subscriptions
If you purchase a pilot, the pilot is intended to help you test Stay Screen on an initial property or unit
before broader rollout. You are responsible for providing property content, configuring your account,
pairing compatible TV devices, maintaining internet access, and evaluating the outcome of the pilot.
10. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation process provided in the dashboard, checkout
portal, or by contacting support@stayscreen.co. Cancellation
stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid. Unless required by law
or stated in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable and non-creditable.
11. Device compatibility and third-party platforms
The Services may depend on smart TVs, streaming devices, app platforms, browsers, internet access, Wi-Fi
networks, payment processors, email services, messaging services, WhatsApp, SMS providers, app stores,
hosting providers, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party services and are not
responsible for their performance, availability, security, policies, pricing, or changes.
12. Acceptable use
You must use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable
Use Policy. You must not use the Services to violate law, infringe rights, mislead guests, interfere with
the Services, compromise security, distribute malware, send spam, collect information unlawfully, harass
anyone, discriminate unlawfully, or display prohibited content.
13. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. If we process personal
information on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum may apply. You are responsible for complying with
privacy, consumer protection, hospitality, housing, advertising, accessibility, communications, and other
laws that apply to your use of the Services.
14. Intellectual property
Stay Screen and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software,
interfaces, designs, workflows, technology, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual
property. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease,
sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, access source code, create derivative works from, or exploit the
Services.
15. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, requests, or feedback, you grant Stay Screen a perpetual, irrevocable,
worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
16. Publicity
We may identify you as a customer using your name and logo only if you give permission or if permitted in a
separate written agreement. Case studies, testimonials, performance claims, and public references require
appropriate approval.
17. Beta features
We may offer beta, pilot, experimental, preview, or early-access features. Beta features may be incomplete,
unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time. They are provided as is and should not be used for
critical operations unless we state otherwise in writing.
18. Service changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts
to avoid materially reducing core paid functionality during a subscription term, but we may make changes
needed for security, legal compliance, third-party platform changes, product improvement, or operational
reasons.
19. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, misuse the Services,
create security risk, violate law, infringe rights, or use the Services in a way that may harm Stay Screen,
customers, guests, or others.
20. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay
Screen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation. We do not
guarantee that the Services will reduce guest questions, increase revenue, improve reviews, prevent
disputes, speed turnover, or produce any particular business outcome.
21. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Screen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business
interruption, guest disputes, property damage, reputational harm, or loss of goodwill. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, Stay Screen’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these
Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Stay Screen for the Services during the 12 months before the
event giving rise to the claim.
22. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stay Screen, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees,
contractors, agents, and licensors from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and
expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your Customer Content, your use
of the Services, your offers or recommendations, your guest communications, your property operations, your
violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of third-party rights.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
24. Disputes
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or
federal courts located in Arizona, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Each party
consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of
the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
26. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact Cultrvate LLC at legal@stayscreen.co.
Marketing Communications Policy
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
This Marketing Communications Policy explains how Stay Screen sends marketing, product, and commercial
communications. It applies to marketing emails, checklist follow-ups, pilot follow-ups, product
announcements, promotional messages, newsletters, webinar invitations, sales outreach, retargeting
communications, partner communications, and similar commercial messages sent by or on behalf of Stay
Screen.
This policy does not restrict transactional or service communications, such as account notices, password
resets, security alerts, billing notices, subscription notices, support replies, checkout alerts, setup
instructions, product access notices, or legally required notices.
We send marketing communications where we have a lawful basis to do so, such as consent, an existing
business relationship, a requested follow-up, legitimate business interest where permitted, or another
basis allowed by applicable law. Marketing emails will identify Stay Screen or the sender on behalf of Stay
Screen and include a way to unsubscribe where required by law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting
marketing@stayscreen.co. Unsubscribing from marketing emails
does not unsubscribe you from transactional or service communications.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that recipients of customer-configured alerts have provided any
required consent and that messaging complies with applicable law. Marketing messages must not be sent
through SMS, WhatsApp, or similar messaging services unless the recipient has provided any consent required
by law.
Customers must not upload or use contact lists in the Services unless they have the right to use those
contacts for the intended purpose. Customers are responsible for guest-facing offers, local recommendations,
amenities, services, rentals, and partner promotions. Marketing claims should be truthful, supportable, and
not misleading.
Cookie Policy
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Stay Screen uses cookies and similar technologies on our website,
dashboard, and Services. Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. Similar
technologies include pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, session storage, device identifiers, and tracking
technologies.
We may use browser cookies, local storage, session storage, server logs, pixels, analytics tags, device
identifiers, authentication tokens, and TV device pairing identifiers. For TV devices, we may use technical
identifiers or local storage to keep a screen paired with the correct property, unit, or account.
We may use strictly necessary cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies, marketing cookies, and
functional and integration cookies. These technologies may keep users signed in, protect accounts, prevent
fraud, remember settings, operate the dashboard, pair TV devices, route guests to the correct screen,
process forms, measure website performance, understand product usage, troubleshoot errors, improve
features, support marketing campaigns, and comply with legal obligations.
Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by third-party service providers, such as hosting
providers, analytics providers, payment processors, email providers, support tools, advertising platforms,
or communications providers. Third-party providers may process information according to their own policies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit
cookies. If you disable cookies, some parts of the Services may not work properly, including login,
checkout, dashboard features, device pairing, and account security. For cookie questions, contact
privacy@stayscreen.co.
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
You may use Stay Screen only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate hospitality, property management,
guest communication, and related business purposes.
You must not upload, display, transmit, or promote content that is unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent,
defamatory, infringing, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, abusive,
violent, unsafe, or otherwise harmful. You must not use the Services to display content that unlawfully
discriminates based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability,
familial status, age, veteran status, or any other protected status.
You are responsible for making sure property instructions are accurate, current, and safe. Stay Screen is
not a substitute for legally required safety signage, emergency notices, fire instructions, accessibility
notices, building notices, or guest disclosures.
You must not use Stay Screen to conduct hidden surveillance, collect sensitive information without
authorization, monitor guests unlawfully, or mislead guests about what information is collected. You must
not use the Services to send spam, unsolicited marketing, unlawful SMS messages, unlawful WhatsApp
messages, phishing messages, or deceptive communications.
You must not interfere with, disrupt, overload, scan, probe, bypass, reverse engineer, or compromise the
Services or related systems. You must not display offers, prices, discounts, local recommendations, partner
promotions, or paid upgrades that are false, misleading, unavailable, unauthorized, unsafe, or unlawful.
We may remove content, suspend features, restrict accounts, disable devices, or terminate access if we
believe this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated or if use creates risk to Stay Screen, customers,
guests, third parties, or the Services. Report suspected violations to
abuse@stayscreen.co.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid Stay Screen subscriptions, pilots, and related
purchases unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Stay Screen subscriptions are billed
according to the plan, price, and billing interval shown at checkout, in the dashboard, or in an order
form. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
A pilot purchase provides access to the pilot features described at checkout or in the applicable
agreement. The pilot is intended to help customers test Stay Screen on an initial property or unit before
broader rollout.
You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal, dashboard, or by contacting
billing@stayscreen.co. Cancellation prevents future renewal
charges but does not automatically refund fees already paid. You remain responsible for charges incurred
before cancellation.
Unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement, Stay Screen does not provide prorated
refunds, partial-month refunds, unused-period refunds, setup refunds, or refunds for failure to use the
Services. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact
billing@stayscreen.co within 30 days of the charge.

lawful instructions, comply with the agreement, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, comply
with law, or as otherwise permitted by applicable data protection law.

lawful basis for processing, responding to guest and user privacy requests where required, and ensuring
that use of the Services complies with applicable law.
Stay Screen will ensure that personnel who process customer personal information are subject to appropriate
confidentiality obligations and will maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
designed to protect customer personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration,
and disclosure.

infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, email, analytics, support, logging, security,
communications, and related services. Stay Screen remains responsible for subprocessors as required by
applicable law.

assessments, and regulatory inquiries where required by applicable law. Stay Screen will notify the

Upon termination of the Services, Stay Screen will delete or return customer personal information according
to the agreement, customer instructions, technical feasibility, and legal requirements. Stay Screen may
retain information where required by law, for legitimate business records, for security purposes, in
backups, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
